Considered one of the most refreshing beers in the world, it finishes with a fruity, spicy aftertaste and strong hints of wildflowers and honey.

As refreshing as traditional Bavarian weiss, but different because it's produced in Italy: the result is a weiss with the unmistakable and genuine Italian style. An innovative recipe that combines wheat malt with barley malt and combines them with a special yeast, giving it a naturally opaque colour and a fine, compact foam.

Fun Fact

When traditions meet the quality of ingredients, the result is always extraordinary. Our brewmasters have created Birra Moretti La Bianca respecting the Weiss style, but using 100% Italian malts: 50% barley malt and 50% wheat malt. It's produced in Italy using renewable energy from solar panels.
